The company I picked is Huawei, Huawei is a Chinese company is a Chinese multinational technology company. It provides telecommunications equipment and sells consumer electronics, smartphones. I was kind of proud when I first time see Huawei smartphone sell on a Canadaian shop.
Resonating with the revolutionary changes taking place in the information industry, Huawei continuously innovates to meet customer needs and advance their technological leadership.
They focus on building future-proof information pipes, and continuously create value for customers and society at large.
Unforunatly, Huawei was banned in the US and decision is made by US government. the worries about Huawei have historically stemmed from the fact that the company’s founder, Ren Zhengfei, was a technician for the People’s Liberation Army prior to founding Huawei — not to mention the tens of billions of dollars the Chinese government has invested in the company. The Trump Administration says the ban comes from much evidence that Huawei can be controlled by the Chinese government and potentially could be used for espionage. Just like zoom is also warn by government that have security issues.
The rencently product Huawei is saling is 5g tech. It's not Huawei's version of 5G that is different: 5G standards are set by international agreement and Huawei and others must adhere to them. It is Huawei’s implementation of 5G that sets it apart. It’s the lowest-cost provider and the only provider of end-to-end solutions for national telecoms: from servers to cell towers to handsets, all designed to perform perfectly with each other. Unless it approves Huawei the US will be forced to integrate more costly, less functional, less compatible, less upgradeable components and pay twice as much, take twice as long and endure years of inferior service.
Generally speaking, Huawei has tech advantage but have issued to sale it to every countries. During the pandemic of corona virus, Huawei donate six million masks to Canada, it has no direct connection with 5g tech promote, but it is kind of company value build.

What
should entrepreneur do during the strike of coronavirus attack?
I
love to watch cooking show, such as “Master Chief” and “Hell Kitchen”. Gordon
Ramsay is undoubtedly my favorite celebrity chief. “It is fxxking raw!”, I was
never believed myself will be relief hearing F word before.
On
March 19, 2020, Gordon Ramsay post a letter on Instagram, talk about the crisis
of coronavirus, and unfortunately decide to close all his restaurant in London,
everyone keep safe and people can come through this. Letter sounds lovely, but
what he wasn’t say is there is 12 restaurant in London under Gordon’s name and
over 500 employee, their contract will be abort after April 17, and there is no
guarantee that employee can go back to work after the crisis.
I
know this is a difficult decision for Gordon. It is a hard for most business
this year except company like Zoom, Amazon. I would not say his decision is
wrong, but lack of humanity. Because of coronavirus and social distance, there
is no revenue from restaurant, and no money to pay wages. Gordon just decide to
fire everyone with prepaid wage one month. People tweets a post about another Asian
chief Andrew Wong ( One Michelin star) who also closed his restaurant but he
did not fire his employee, and provide 50-100 cuisine box for home isolation
people, and it is free. As an adult, we know this world is complex and
ruthless, we do not know if Andre Wong’s decision will harm himself after a
while, make him and his company getting worse, even worst consequence.
According
to an employee from Gordon’s restaurant, lots of people deicide not to go back to
their position after the coronavirus crisis, because Gordon Ramsay’s act is
really discouraging.
After seeing
all the event, I would say I might do something differently. There is lots of ways
to try for saving the company before this extremely action. Layoffs like this
might help the company to survive for the crisis, but it will harm the future
of the company. It is unacceptable for the partners and employees.

If we are professional managers, we need to sell our products and business capabilities to let everyone recognize us and our products. If we are entrepreneurs, we need to market our corporate image. Even if we are academics , scientists, we also need to write papers and ask to promote our research results.
I am interesting in shooting right now, there is not too much chance to touch guns in my country.
